What equipment do I need?
A MikroTik router (RouterOS 7) works on its own: paste the setup script we give you. With a TP-Link or any other access point, add a small Linux computer as the SafeNet gateway between it and your internet line.
How do my customers pay?
They buy a voucher code from you in cash, or choose a package on the login page and pay with Mixx by Yas, Airtel Money, HaloPesa. They get a PIN prompt, and once it's paid they are online and receive the code by SMS.
When do I receive the money?
Choose in Settings: payments go straight into your own ClickPesa account, or SafeNet collects them and you withdraw your balance to your mobile money number whenever you like.
What happens after the free trial?
Pick a plan and pay by mobile money from the Billing page. If you don't renew, your Wi-Fi keeps working for a few grace days and then pauses until you pay. Your data stays safe.
Can I stop someone's internet?
Yes. Disable their voucher or press Disconnect on the Live page and they are cut off within seconds. You can also set speed limits for each plan.
Can my staff use it too?
Add team members as staff (users, vouchers and live view) or admins (also packages, routers and settings). Only the owner can withdraw money or pay the subscription.
